Description

The Medic is a versitile leader, able to speed recovery or boost the capabilities of thier comrades.

Arcane Medics use mana, the aether, or other forms of magic to knit flesh and bone back together. This allows them to keep a distance. This allows them to act as a secondary controller. An Arcane Medic adds the ‘Arcane’ keyword to their attack powers.

Divine Medics call upon the celestial beings, or thier own willpower to support thier comrades. Such righteousness makes them tend toward strikers as thier secondary role. A Divine Medic adds the ‘Divine’ keyword to thier attack powers.

Technology Medics favor scientific medicine. They do not need any additional help other than the tools and know-how they have at hand. However, this means they need to generally be near thier target to help them. Technology medics tend to be secondary defenders for this reason.

Focus

Focus: One per turn, choose an ally. Some powers will do something more powerful if you involve your focused ally in some way.

A Medic works best when they focus thier attention on a single patient. Powers that have the ‘Focus’ keyword take advantage of this, either targeting your focus, or granting a more powerful effect if your focus is included.
